Cash send service
I'm very happy with the service ive recieved from investec however I would really like if investec could initiate a cash send service where users can make an immediate cash transfer without the use of a bank account. It's really frustrating when we need to send funds to someone who doesn't have a bank account and would like to receive the money immediately.

27 Nov 2019, 18:54Hi Lesego, we actually just lauched Send Cash. You can do this by logging into Investec Online or the App. Go to ‘Make a payment’ and select ‘Cash send'. You can choose if you want to send cash to yourself or a third party. Thank you for the positive feedback about our service. I will let your banker know.
