Brilliant Service

Last week I redeemed some of my Investec Rewards and decided to buy my hubby a gift at Cape Union Mart Tygervalley. I was suprised (or rather... confused) when Charne, the cashier at Cape Union Mart told me that my voucher had "insufficient funds"? After numerous attemps trying to capture the voucher number unsuccesfully, the "help" of the manager was called in, only for me to be told that they can't help me. I left the store and called the Investec Customer Service Centre and the lady (I wish I could remember your name, you are such an asset to Investec) escalated my query after she heard what had transpired. Thulani handled the whole process after the query was escalated and ensured Cape Union Mart was educated in processing an Investec Reward Voucher. I was requested to go back to the store should I wish to continue with my purchase. The matter was resolved in less than 10 minutes, yet I spent 40 minutes at Cape Union Mart trying to redeem this voucher. Exept for the general terrible, slow service at Cape Union Mart Tygervalley, I had absolutely no hassle when I went back to the store. The lady at Investec then gave me a courtesy call to ensure the matter has been sorted. All credit goes to Investec. You really DO put your clients first and live up to your service agreements to your clients. Thank you for handling this issue in the way you did.

Glad Bokamoso was able to assist you with the Rewards voucher, we'll definitely pass on your feedback to the team.
