Bond cancellation figures taking far too long

I’m usually an Investec super fan but unduly delaying transfer of a property is ridiculous and falls far short of the service I expect from Investec. Both the seller and I (the purchaser) are Investec clients. Bond cancellation figures were requested on 28 August 2026. It’s now 14 September 2026 (more than 2 weeks later!) and no such figures have been provided. Another gentleman complained about this very same issue a year ago. One would think the process would be reviewed, the relevant personnel or department investigated and the process overhauled. You are unnecessarily prejudicing individuals involved in transactions so significant to them. I am gravely disappointed. This is unacceptable service.
