Best customer service by far!
Absolute great customer service. I've been with Investec for 4 years and I haven't been frustrated once. We just had an experience where my card was swallowed at an ATM in Bloemfontein. I called Investec immediately. I was only on the phone for 2 minutes. That is all it took for them to stop my card, and arrange for a replacement. It happened Monday at 14h00, and I already received my replacement card Wednesday at 11h00 in Bloemfontein. Amazing service!!
