Bad service-investec bank

Investec bank no service

Contacted investec 4x weeks ago to open an account and move my bank account. I made sure I Qualify.

2xweeks later an employee contacted me and asked for a whole list off documents.

I supp**** it within an hour. 1xweek later I again contact him and he then requisted more documents

That again was send within an hour. Now 2xweek later no reply.

I’ have shares in investec but considering selling it. Clearly they don’t need more income as a bank

In this difficult time I don’t believe in a company that don’t need any new business!!!
