Bad Service from Meryl Ernest (Banker)

I have made a settlement arrangement with Investec for settlement of my credit facility in April 2018 on account ********** 1809. I then asked them to freeze the card until the full amount was settled and to reduce the facility to zero as i made payment.

In February 2019, I unfortunately could not make payment and advised my banker (Meryl Ernest) but she then went onto my credit bureau profile and she reflected the entire balance owing of R34k as in arrears instead of the R2,5k payment I had to make. I enquired why and she gave an one liner explanation saying the full balance was what was due and completely disregarded the settlement contract we concluded. I then later requested my statement and she submitted it for this month however she again reflected the Feb balance of R34k as owing and the facility balance was R32k even though subsequent to that I have made payments and the sms's I received indicate that as at 2 May 2019 I owed R25,946.52 and the facility was now down to R26k, as per the letter of decreasing facility that I received on 15 May 2019. She stamped this bank statement of hers dated 15 May 2019, yet it contains all the wrong information.

Meryl Ernest has been completely arrogant in how she has paid no regard to the arrangements we have concluded between myself and the bank. She showed no interest in ensuring my satisfaction regarding how she handled my account. I wish to be allocated to someone else and for all this information to be corrected. I also would now like to receive my statement every month so ensure that this is in order. Finally, I want my credit bureau profile to be updated accordingly.
