Bad service

Their sales consultants are not serious about life, specifically one by the name of Rauhah Ahmed. I requested to be referred to the investment division over two weeks ago, he still hasn't made an effort to revert back to me after assuring me that this would be done. I don't know if this is an indication of the service to expect at the bank, but he surely does not take his job seriously at all.
