Stay far the level of service based on fees you pay, what a joke. The so called dedicated private banker that's forever AWOL what's her purpose Refiloe Mokone. Simple and straight forward vehicle finance couldn't be arrange in time I had a 3 day delay on getting my car. I had to follow up everyday to make sure she actually did her job. She aloof and not knowledgeable on how to execute customer needs , leaving her analyst to scramble around to do what she should be doing.

Dont bother opening your account that card means nothing . STAY WITH FNB AN EASY AND SAFE APP , GREAT LOUNGE EXPERIENCE , EXPERIENCED BANKERS. I REGRET my decision leaving ...I`ll be back to FNB
