Accident report not sorted out

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really not impressed by the way Investec handles things. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them about an accident that was caused in November of 2015 by one of their former employees, mr. Alfred Tau (has since been discharged according to this person due to reckless driving). Because it was a hit-and-run (only had the details of the car), it took me a while to find the person responsible for the damage to my car. Since February of this year, I have been in contact with a few Investec employees to resolve the matter. Lucky Sithole was helpful at first, but then he stopped replying to my e-mails, also telling Mr. Tau to contact me directly instead of sorting it out himself. After giving mr. Sithole some time to maybe get facts in order, I decided to physically go to Investec where I was told that the person I needed to contact was Elize Swartz. She was extremely busy that day and could not make an appointment. I was then given her contact details. I have, for the past month, been trying to get in contact with ms. Swartz, but to no avail. Not a phone call, not an e-mail saying she is working on the problem. NOTHING. I know that Investec has a reputation for being quite difficult, but I refuse to pay for damage that was done to my car due to no fault of my own, but due to the reckless driving of one of Investec's employees.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all the information regarding the accident, accident report from the police and quotes from several panelbeaters, I just need my car fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this not sorted out, then I will have no other choice but to go the media.</p> <p> </p>
