Absolutely useless service. DO NOT BANK WITH INVESTEC

I am beyond frustrated with Investec. I moved to Investec when they offered me a bond for my house, but moved back to FNB within 6 months due to their unresponsive, ill informed team. They closed an account without notifying me, resulting in me being stranded without a bank account while I was overseas travelling. They had a great interest rate for their prime saver account, leading me to consider them again. I contacted them and they opened the prime saver account for me, and when I transferred funds into Investec to put into the prime saver, they then decided that I am not eligible for the account, and now refuse to return the funds to me. DO NOT USE INVESTEC! FNB is a much better choice! I escalated this to the head of private banking and have not even gotten a response. I've tried calling, and people take messages but no one comes back. If I could at least get to the dispute resolution team I could take this to the banking ombudsman, but it seems they ignore people with complaints to reduce the number of complaints at the ombudsman.
