******** Debit Order

These company had a guys promoting Tablet at Sunny Park around September, I asked a guy called about the producted and indicated that i was interested but i must first thibk about it, he insisted on giving me a contract without giving me a chance to think about it and explained that the Tabled contract is only concluded once i have paid R500 which must be paid in cash then i will receive the Tabled and pay the Instalemnt of R350 per month, he then ask me co complete a certain form and assured me that the deal will not be concluded and i wont be debited until i have paid the once off cash R500 and have received the device, to my surprise after i decided not to take their offer and not the pay the R500 that they say i must pay in cash and have not received the deviced or any services from this company assuming that the application has been cancelled, these please are debit my account R350 every month and this debit order is nor reversable at the bank, when i call them for my refund i am adviced that i have a contract with them, yet i didnt take any device from them, or concluded that they can debit me, I spoke to Rina yesterday who confirmed i will be refunded but 2day is stories
