Most impressed with Interworks as an ISP

Thank you Interworks for going the extra mile to ensure that our 50MB fibre service was activated as soon as possible (today), despite Vumatel dropping the ball and failing to activate our FTTH link this past weekend when we migrated to their infrastructure, leaving us without connectivity for almost 4 days. (Apparently Vumatel don't do weekend activations). Interworks' technical support personnel were friendly and efficient - a pleasure to deal with. They delivered our pre-configured fibre router well before the switch to Vuma from our previous fibre provider, and followed up after activation to make sure that the link speed was as promised and we were satisfied with the service.
