Internet outages

This company provides a great alternative to ADSL internet services due to radio fixed broadband internet services they're offering. After being a customer with them for 5 months I do however have to point out their huge amount of outages. It is however not lenghty ones, (average 15-45 minutes) but it is a concern and could become a huge frustration if you're streaming movies or music videos and u experience a sudden cut in your internet. Although their response to the problem is mostly swift and outage time periods limited as result, its still occurring too many times considering paying R999pm. Telkom has less outages but their response time trying to solve t problem is obviously horrific as we all know. So to summarize I will promote them and is still doing so on My Broadband, etc but take note of the outages issue. Once they can fix this they have the potential to be the best. Come on Interworks, show us you can!!!!!!
