On May 29, 2015, Intertrans Movers moved our furniture from Nelspruit to East London. They had to keep the furniture in the stores for two months. On July 28, 2015, they delivered the furniture in East London. My wife noticed that the tv and microwave were not there. She then asked from the driver who then told her that an arrangement will be done to deliver them. She later on noticed that the gas heater and gas bottle were also missing. She notified me and I called them. I was told the same story. My wife called me later that day saying I was told that they cannot get the goods. I called again and was told to lay a charge with the police and said I am not going to do that, they must bring my stuff.<br> <br> I noticed that the hand writing for the list brought on delivery and the one for collection is different. I also noticed on the missing items numbers, different items other than those missing were written on the latest list. We were not notified of any list missing, which clearly shows that this was done deliberately. Following this with Charlene she told me to write an email. Everytime I called after that I have been told that the manager is not available.
