OUTSTANDING SERVICE especially when client service is non existent out there!
Thank you for your excellent service! Your team was efficient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire move. We truly appreciate your hard work and positive attitude. As always, you delivered outstanding service, and we couldn't be happier. Damaged goods, no wrapping, no shuttle, no response
I paid R15,989.00 for a Cape Town to Krugersdorp removal in June 2026. The experience was a complete failure from start to finish. My furniture was routed through Durban without my knowledge or consent, arriving 11 days late. There was no communication from the company unless I called them first. I paid for special wrapping on 11 items. 8 of them arrived either unwrapped or so poorly wrapped that the protection failed in transit. My furniture arrived scratched, dented and dirty. I also paid for a shuttle at delivery. No shuttle arrived. I have sent multiple written complaints but not one has been acknowledged. Avoid this company if you value your belongings.
