Terrible transport company - Intertrans Movers

I need to urge all potential movers not to make use of Intertrans Movers at all, my experience with them is really terrible in service and in checking there records.

Firstly do they have a lady working for them by the name Sheraldean who got no personal interactive skills and don't know how to treat a customer. She doesn't have respect for anybody.

Secondly, she never replies to here emails and if you ask her a question then she never answers back and after 4 to 5 emails she will get somebody else to call you or to answer you back.

Thirdly, they don't know how to check their records and even if you paid them in full they still wait until the night before and then tell you that you still owe then money just to send them the proof of payment of a month before. Never apologies - you always wrong and never them.

They damage your furniture and one of my boxes got missing. If on the day of delivery you need to sign all the paperwork without given the time if all you furniture and boxes were delivered.

They deliver other peoples boxes at your house and then tell you that it's yours...................I don't have a baby and don't use baby milk but it's my box...........

Until today did no one gets back to me about my missing box neither did they collect the other box.

Stay away as far as possible
