RIP-OFF

One star is too much for this company (zero star rating isn't available). I booked a move through a company called iMoves who it transpired are just a broker, and work through the actual removal companies like InterTrans Movers. Unfortunately for me iMoves failed to pay their sub-contractor. InterTrans then held me over a barrel for over a week by refusing to deliver my furniture until I paid them the full price of the move (i.e. I had to pay twice for the same move). Shame on iMoves, and shame on Intertrans Removals for joining the **** by transferring their credit risk (which was with iMoves) to me.
