No assistance and bad attitude from management of Intertrans movers

I really makes no difference to Intertrans if your goods get lost or damaged. That is the experience I had with Intertrance movers. Their argument may be that my furniture was not insured for such an event. But the 'we dont care' attitude from them with regards to my military items, passports and Identification documents that got lost in storage under their care, leaves a bad tast in ones mouth. I have spent so much time with emails and telephone calls to them in this regard without even a reply. A further 2 boxes they have also made no mention of. 1 box contained my sons personal documents that will be difficult to replace, 1 additional box contained kitchen utensils and kitchenware. Continious communication from me with Inyertrans movers for over a month jas not resulted in any positive reys or comments. Be wary of Intertrans movers if you consider making use of their service and be wary of unexpected additional cost.
