Lots of Broken Goods and No Reply from Them

I am very disgusted in the service I received when moving from johannesburg to Durban using Intertrans as the Moving Company. Diraj (Driver) arrived at my house to collect my goods with a very bad attitude and not once did he listen to us regarding the goods. They apply stickers to every box etc that we have and we founf that the numbers do not correspond to the correct product. When the goods were delivered in Durban, Sheraldean (Sales) and Ronnie (Operations Manager) decided to charge an extra R1000 on top of what was paid and threatened that they will take our stuff back to Johannesburg if we didn't pay it. Thus we were left with no choice but to pay. After they unpacked the truck, we had found that they had broken our TV, alot of glasses and mugs and finally my computer monitor. We then complained about this as they are now owing me for the damages incurred to Driver and Packer neglegence. Ronnie was to come through on the day of delivery but decided it would be better to avoid us and has since not called or emailed us for anything. I have all the proof required to prove that we are in the right. Lastly, Diraj had given our personal details to people in Johannesburg.
