Intertrans Removal Company

We have had a terrible experience moving from Cape town to KZN. Firstly after booking and paying our deposit to move on a prescribed date, they bought the date which caused much stress as we had to find alternative accommodation at our personal cost. Then when the packages arrived at Salt Rock, many of our precious, sentimental items have been broken. Even the driver commented on 2 lamps being broken as he was shown them. We have packed and moved 3 times in 4 years and we have never had so many breakages. We have always packed our own belongings in Bubble wrap and stiff white paper and have never had a problem. When we approached the company they have said there is no comeback as we packed ourselves. Firstly the inconvenience and stress of moving early and now this, I think we have experienced disgusting service and therefore I would not recommend this company to anyone.
