Inter Trans Movers - Shocking Service

Below is a copy of an email that was sent on 04 May 2016, my THIRD email with the same compalint. I am disgusted that to date - 6 weeks later, after sending the email to "***" and assured it would receive management attention - I am yet to have ANYONE acknowledge that they have even received the email :

"

Good morning,

To date I have not heard back from anyone regarding my original complaint. Please find details below and I trust that I will receive feedback from a senior manager. :

24.03.2016 - phone call received from Customer Services confirming that proof of payment had been received, but that a Friday 1 April pick up was not possible as the truck would be travelling that day. I agreed that I would accept a Sa****ay 2 April pick up PROVIDED this was before 12:00 as I was travelling to Durban on Sa****ay 2 April;
01.04.2016 - phone call received in the afternoon from Sachin confirming collection on Sa****ay 2 April. Again, I reiterated the need for an early morning pick up as I was travelling to Durban on Sa****ay. This was agreed to be Sachin and he assured me that the truck would be with me in the morning;
02.04.2016 - phone call received from the driver at 09:15 confirming they would be with me within an hour (from Centurion area)
02.04.2016 - phone call received from the driver advising that they had a "quick" stop in Midrand that would not take them more than an hour;
02.04.2016 - after a number of phone calls backwards and forwards to the driver, after 11:30 when there was still no sign of them, I FINALLY got hold of Sachin who didn't seem particularly concerned that I would be driving to Durban on my own and that the trip from at least Howick would be in the dark. His words were that this was "my choice".
02.04.2016 - driver arrived at 13:00 and had packed up and left by 13:30 which was then too late for a woman on her own to travel, bearing in mind I would be lucky to get away at 13:45.

My issues, besides the complete lack of concern or attention to ,y requests are as follows. :

1. I had to spend another night in Johannesburg - who's cost will this be at?
2. I was charged for 4 x plastic covers for my furniture which were "not given to the driver". If my couch and bed are damaged / dirty from being stored, who will be paying for the cleaning? This is quite clear on my quote as well as the pick up document the driver was given.
3. The amount of furniture sent vs the quite is significantly lower, I requested a revised estimate based on what was actually sent and stored and to date no one has gotten back to me.
4. Even after two phone calls and emails to Intertrans, I am yet to get a response. Sheraldean was made aware of this on Tuesday 5th April by telephone, an email was sent the same day and a follow up email asking for feedback was sent. To date I have heard nothing back.

While I understand that the choice not to travel to Durban on Sa****ay was mine, based on safety issues, I did make it clear that a morning pick up was needed on three occasions. I find it hard to believe that any of your male managers - or female for that matter - would be comfortable with their daughter / mother / sister / wife etc. travelling halfway to Durban from Johannesburg in the dark.

There is also the issue of plans that had been and by myself and my family that had to be cancelled.

I trust that this will get the attention it deserves and not simply be brushed off, again."
