Failure to deliver my furniture

I do not advise anyone to use this company. They are a bunch of ****mers . Terrible service and they do not deliver . I dropped of my items on the 30th January at their depot ..upon arrival there was absolutely no one to assist us or receive my furniture. I called countless times only to be told that someone is five minutes away . We ended up waiting for almost an hour then only this lady rocks up . We left the items and were promised that it be delivered in 2-4 days .. it’s the 7th today and my items are still not delivered . They do not bother communicating I have to always call and text or email them , getting different stories every time , Iv paid all the amount charged but still no delivery , my delivery date has changed several times and today I’m being told that the truck broke down and had to be towed and that my items are now scheduled for delivery tomorrow I am beyond frustrated, I want my items and money back
