This review is for African Furniture Removals and Intertrans. I did the booking with AFR, and Inter-Trans actually did the move. So credit to both companies!

Having read some of the 1 star reviews I was skeptical to use this company to move our home from Johannesburg to Sr Francis Bay. Their pricing was decent and we were on a bit of a budget, and I basically took a chance.

That said, they were professional and careful when they came to collect. All our glass framed pictures and a large mirror in particular were very carefully wrapped.

The truck violence erupted a day or so later and we wondered if we'd ever see our things again, and if we did, we had no idea what condition they'd be in. The truck with our possessions arrived safely exactly when they said we could expect it to arrive.

The guys offloaded us from the late afternoon into the evening, even while it was raining. They finished at 19:30 and still had another delivery in another town 35 kms away and they didn't complain.

Again, the credit goes to both African Furniture Removals and Intertrans. Thanks for the great service!
