Shocking service from store staff

I’ve supported this store for a long time and have always been a loyal customer, but the way I was treated recently was completely unacceptable.

One of the staff members was openly disrespectful and rude — there was absolutely no professionalism or basic courtesy shown. What made things worse is that when I raised this with the manager, there was no accountability at all. No apology, no concern, just complete disregard for how I was treated.

It’s extremely disappointing to see a store that once valued its customers show such poor service and attitude, especially towards regular clients. I expected much better. Sadly, after this experience and the lack of responsibility from management, I will no longer support this business and will be sharing my experience with others.
