Poor service from Interoptika Mall of Africa

Bought a Tag frame for R5800, it broke within a month, paid cash for the second frame and it broke on the same spot.

They didn’t even advise on the warranty but came back to offer me 10% discount on another Tag frame. The service is poor and I have to follow up they don't update on the progress.
