No service at all

I did a money withdrawal using the interchange app on my phone and opted for a voucher cash out that was 11H00am on the 07/10/2024 till now the time is 15H00 they have not SMS my voucher number, worse I have sent an email as well no response what kind of a service is this I'm flabbergasted no more
