UNHAPPY CLIENT
Good day, I ordered an exchange of money that I received from MoneyGram at 16:45 and requested to receive the funds through a Standard Bank voucher. At 17:00, I called customer care and was informed that the voucher would take about 15 minutes to appear via SMS. Unfortunately, the agent ended the call before I could explain the rest of my issue. It has now been more than an hour, I still have not received the voucher SMS, and I am unable to get through on the customer care lines. There also appears to be no alternative contact number available. This delay and lack of communication are very frustrating. Please assist me urgently and provide feedback on the status of my voucher/payment. Thank you.
