WRONGLY HANDED OVER AND VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESION

Good Day, i had a very unpleasant situation. On the 14/04/2014 I asked for a prescription to be done and e-mailed to me. SIL13840 for R85.00 on the 14/04/2014 i done a EFT payment to Intercare with reference number and e-mailed to them. On the 16 th of April 2015 i received a phone call from Schulenburg Attorneys that intercare handed me over to them for a outstanding account, i was busy at that time with my accountant and asked Rabelai to please e-mail me the detail to [Email Removed] that she did not done. On the 23th April 2015 i received another phone call from her and i asked her again to send it to me. she did send it to me via e-mail at 9h49am .. i was not able to view my e-mails yesterday as i were in training the whole day and good only attend to my e-mails this morning. before even had time to have a look at my e-mails. i phone and spoke to Rabelai en Mrs Olga .. rude, rude, rude. I phone intercare speak to Leilani to say that the account had been paid on the 14/04/2014 already. please can you follow-up!!!!!!
