Wrong outstanding balance on statement

I have paid the total amount of 900plus on my outstanding amount. I am still receiving sms claiming I owe the practice R600 .Spoke to Simpiwe an email was sent to Lucia the supervisor she never rep**** back .

Kindly correct my account and send an amended statement with th correct amount payable
