wrong appointment schedulling

On arrival at reception desk i was told that their was no appontment made for me with the doctor i usually consult with. The date was picked so that i could settle my arrear account as well to coincide with the dental appointment. No one apologised and no courtesy shown. I was asked who made the doctors appoinment instead. I responded by saying I dont know as the lady did not introduce herself but what i do knpw she sounded very white.
