Worst service from Intercare Milnerton

I have been to tons of doctors in the 10 years I have been ill and this experience has to be top 3 WORST. I am new to Cpt and need a new house doctor. I suspected I had a injured rib so made a appointment. I didn't register this doctor as my primary care giver as I was unaware of the procedure. This was one of my out of service appointments my medical aid offers. I waited for the doctor which I understand. But that does not mean I have to be punished by being chased on and not listened to in my appointment. The doctor seemed knowledgeable but offered very little concern.he was in a rush and hardly greated me when I walked into his office. I asked him if he would like to quickly hear my medical history as this was a very important part to how my body is and how it should be treated.and he said no. He criticized all my current medication without giving solutions. I brought up 3 concerns to which he only addressed 1.he rushed through my concerns like a check list he wanted to go through as fast as possible. He diagnosed my cracked rib and gave meds but never offered any after care advice with regards to possible self care remedies like pain gels or even a hot or cold compress or rest. I asked about advice for chronic fatigue like magnesium and he brushed off the question. He explained his limitations to me not registering the practice yet but offered no solutions to my 3 issues. He complained about his staff not doing their job. This shouldn't be brought up with me. This is his matter with his staff.he offered no well wishes or that I should come back if the meds didn't help soon.i am not someone to complain but Sir i am not at your practice for a jolly ride or for my own fun. I am their because I am hurt and need your help. I deserve to be heard and listened to. You are being paid to offer a service. Surely you became a doctor to help people and not to push patients in and out as fast as possible. Once again I was in tears for being treated like a number by health care providers.i know he could not provide blood tests or x-rays because i wasnt registered yes which would have been great but he offered no concern or interest or empathy. Fighting my chronic illness on a daily basis has once again been worsened by a doctor who couldn't care less. Maybe you were stressed and having a bad day but Sir you are a professional. You chose this career to help people in their time of need. Looking back on my 10 years of torture with pain,my biggest memory is the pain doctors have caused. Sir I was only polite and respectful towards you and I did not deserve this treatment. I wish you well but you will never see me near your practice again.
