Virtual Consultation
I made a virtual appountment for 14 May 2023 at 09:00 withe Dr Bergh at Intercare Silverlakes. The appointment was confirmed via sms and emai.
I joined the virtual room at 08:55. At 09:15 I called the practice to be informed that I will be attended too. Still no one at 9:30.
Is this a service?!
I myst express my deepest disappointment wit this practice.
