Very Bad Service Provided

Morning,

So my Financé made an appointment yesterday for 18:15 for Tygervalley intercare, we arrive just after 17:00 as we came from work we did not mind waiting for the appointment. at 18:30 no one had attending to her, and other patience where seeing there doctors and leaving.

When I confront a admin staff about this which was now 18:45, she said that there had been an emergency that the doctor had to attend to and that this doctor was also on the Emergency Doctor.

My problem with the situation is that if this had to have happen there should have been another doctor to step and and help, of which it seem there was no doctor willing to step up and help. and the admin staff where not willing to help either.

We eventually got to see the doctor after I had to confront someone and get the doctor to at least try and help as there where people waiting for this doctor with sick kids and such,

Now for my last part, is the doctor oath not to help everyone and do no harm. I was so upset that there was no doctor to stand in for the emergency doctor when she had to deal with an emergency.

I usually get very good service here, but last night really made me upset and angry, at the attitudes of the admin staff and at the doctor.

My Financé also mentioned to me that the care that was given was the the Dr. just wanted to get the appointment over now and done, So I don't know if care was given in the treatment, or whether I can trust the Dr. Diagnosis, will have to see.
