USELESS FRONTLINE STAFF!!!
You only got 1 star because i couldn't give you none or negative. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED in your front desk operator or whoever answers the phones there.
I have phoned no less than 7 times today to speak to a lady by the name of Megan and every time there is a story... $ excuses, one after the next.
Call number 5 was put down in my ear because the operator didn't bother to press the transfer button first. I could hear her key in the extension before the call was put down in my ear! The 6th call was the final straw! I don't need to tolerate your staff members sarcasm or ****iness! Who does she think she is?
SELINA NEEDS TO BE GIVEN A BOX to pack her stuff because she's causing damage to your business.
IM TRYING TO GET AUTHORIZATION TO SPEND MONEY AT YOUR FACILITY AND YOU TREAT ME LIKE THIS.
Its really a shame because Doctor Thapelo is an amazing man but sadly he needs to work with IDIOTS!
Im not done here... FACEBOOK IS NEXT, and then IG and then TWITTER until the whole of Kempton knows how useless the front line of your establishment are.

Special thanks to Megan and especially to Doctor Thapelo! Lucy, your smile and friendly assistance was the perfect ending to a morning i was dreading!
Im still unimpressed with selina for lying to me on the phone. Luckily Lucia is on top of her game and resolved the issue quickly!
Was it necessary though?
To cause such a scene?
... Just to be transferred to the lady i needed to speak to?
selina drops the ball for this whole team of professionals and should rather be benched or sent for training!
