Unprofessional doctor

I had an appointment booked for Dr Spies. Upon arrival I overheard another patient (who was scheduled after me) be called..I went to the reception to ask what's going on it seemed he just 'skipped' over my name. She apologized and said the doctor will see me after. Very frustrated I decided to just wait. When the patient came out the doctor called ANOTHER patient who was booked after that! I now was her very angry. I went back to the reception and said again he called anothwr patient before me. I waited for over an hour when the doctor could have seen me in ten minutes. This was very unprofessional and personally will not go back to see this doctor again.
