unhelpfull manager

I have had shocking service from your so called manager Lucia , who is the most unhelpful yet from all the staff i have dealt with there.

From the beginning of dealing with her to the end , she has been a problem and i had never had this with Aida. I ordered 2 curaprox toothbrushes , which was a problem the whole way up until i collected tuesday. They usually book it out with the front desk for when i collect , and it was a problem when i arrived saturday as they had not been booked out and it took 30 min for someone to find the ones in your shelves which i paid for to Lucy in the front, DR Spies left a message with Lucia to call me to confirm this is not booked as owed money on my account , up until now she has not bothered to call.

I paid R100 on saturday when i was there , and want confirmation this is not further listed on my account as owed . Please call me or confirm via mail that my account is not listed as owing for these 2 brushes. I will be taking this complaint higher should there be no response before end of business today.
