Unhappy with intercare

I received a call today from schulenburg Attorneys about an outstanding account for 2023 at intercare silverlakes. Intercare silverlakes never called me or my husband about an outstanding account with them nore did we receive any emails regarding this outstanding account. The lady at schulenburg Attorneys was so rude to me she didn't give me a change to ask questions regarding the account and threatened me with a summons to list Al my house hold goods. I'm very unhappy and discussted with Schulenburg Attorneys the way how they treat the people. Why don't intercare call and make contact with the people regarding there outstanding accounts as there are so many people complaining about intercare not calling the people. But they rather run to the roodness attorney after 2 years that there is an outstanding account.
