UNFAIR TREATMENT AFTER SHOWING WILLINGNESS TO PAY OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT

My father was admitted to the Intercare facilities and he has a medical aid. He was very weak after the operation he had and needed daily physio and treatment for healing. The service during his stay was excellent and the staff was friendly and kept me updated all the way in Windhoek! However, making arrangements to pay the outstanding amount which was not covered by my father's medical aid, because it was exhausted. My father is a pensioner with no additional income and he is not able to pay off more than R500 monthly, but he will do it and the account will eventually be settled. They want to hand him over at the end of February 2021 unless he pays the full outstanding amount of R4 037.93 which he is unable to. I have asked reconsideration to avoid further legal fees, but they insist that the account will be handed over.
