Unacceptable Patient Care at Intercare Irene: A Frustrating Experience

The facility at Intercare Irene, managed by Dr. Du Plooy and Associates, falls far short of professional standards. Despite having visited multiple Intercare facilities, this one is undoubtedly the worst. One of Dr. Du Plooy’s associates assured me that I would receive a call as soon as my blood test results were available. This promise was made in early April 2024, and I am still waiting for the call regarding the results.

When contacting the facility, I am repeatedly told that the doctors are busy but will return my call since the entry is in the diary. However, this assurance means nothing as I continue to wait for a call that never comes.

If you value your family's health and well-being, I strongly advise avoiding Intercare, especially the facility in Irene. Dr. Du Plooy and Associates exhibit a level of disregard for patient care that is unacceptable.
