They don't care
My daughter had to go for a dental procedure which the medical aid covers. When i arrived at the clinic at intercare Heazeldene they refused to admit my daughter without paying the 'by betaaling' of R1200.00 rand. They did not even try to assist by just making an arrangement. Due to salarie cuts and so forth i do not have they funds right now but said i can pay next week the 25th but did not even consider my proposal. I feel that they are not considered in these times. Now my kid has to walk with teeth that is in big pain.

I would like to thank the Intercare team which was in contact with me during this process.
Just to make a correction on my complaint, Intercare did not refuse to admit my daughter they could not help her as there was no appointment made for her, never the less, they managed to assist me today the 24th of Nov whiteout going for another covid test and no co payment.
I would like to thank the hospital manger for getting in contact with me, she was very helpful and understood my frustration, give her a bells!!!
Just sad that you have to complain first to get good service or to be understood.
All of this could have been avoided in so many ways.
I am thank full.
PS.. just a suggestion, i think that the lady that did not even bother asking what the story was has to go for some kind of people management skills training or something.
