The worst service & treatment ever, I would never recommend anyone to go there, so much distress comes after your consultation, they should consider letting go of the elderly staff they don’t know what they doing

The worst experience ever! We went in with mother for a dental consultation, on arrival we enquired if they take our medical Aid & they said yes, the ladies at the front dest went on to assist, we asked all the relevant questions concerning the medical aid having an experienced issues with claims & they assured us that all is well, we went in for the consult & we’re happy & payed what was due that the medical aid didn’t cover, over a month later we got shocked when they called to tell us that the medical aid didn’t pay & we had to pay, we tried to get an explanation as to why this has happened & no one was giving clarity & demanded that we pay, we then went to ask them to make a payment arrangement as we didn’t have the funds requested available, the lady we spoke to wasn’t much help nor was she friendly but rather demanding & rude telling us that we should have known that we had to pay after she assured us that all is well on the day of consultation, we paid what we could at the time & explained that we would follow up with them the following month end to make the next payment, when we followed up, there had been unforeseen circumstances that needed to ask for more time, they went on to dismiss us & didn’t want to work out any arrangements, a few weeks later we start getting calls from their lawyers, Schulenburg attorney’s not only was the lady rude but refusing to make a payment arrangement & making threats, she blunt out told me that we will meet in court after explaining to her that the main member is on retirement & I’m unemployed, she went on to tell me she doesn’t care, mind you now the amount has doubled that’s has to be paid, they went onto harassing us calling us with private numbers talking in the office & laughing at how they going to get us arrested, it’s appalling at they way this law firm seems to be operating & Intercare continues to see the complaints about them & do nothing about it, I’m highly disappointed to see that I’m not the only person to face the exact same law firm & healthcare provider, with bad service & treatment, people work hard for their money, they work hard to get the best service yet we are treated as through we are asking for favors, save yourself the drama & money & look for another healthcare provider especially if your going to go intercare
