Terrible experience Intercare Parkview & Dr van Wyk

I did a virtual consult for my daughter this morning as my husband has Covid and we are in insolation the doctor said she can not help me she has to see my daughter in person. Her words were “what do you want me to do?” Dr. Van Wyk was highly unprofessional and rude to me. What is the point of virtual consultations if this is the attitude of the doctor? Also I am being charged for 2 minutes of zero help.
