Shocking unprofessional service - no regard for client

The most unprofessional treatment I have ever received from a medical professional. Dr. Bergh at Inter care Hazeldean told me and my daughter on two separate occasions that she does not have time to do a pap smear. The worst treatment I received from this same doctor was reported to the centre manager who did not even bother to respond to my emailed complaint. I can't disclose the details of the treatment because of sensitivities around it.

I am highly disappointed and shocked at the doctor's behaviour and the fact that the centre did not think my complaint was worth a response. It is almost like Inter Care promotes her behaviour.
