Rude and unhelpful GP (Dr Greene)

My 2 year old fractured her toe quite badly and needed to urgently see a dr as she was in a lot of pain and we weren’t sure what was wrong at first. We didn’t have an appointment but asked to be squeezed in given the nature of the injury. After first being told that Dr Christina Greene at Intercare Glen Marais was refusing to see my child (it is ******* in South Africa to refuse anyone medical treatment) we spoke to the practice manager and finally managed to get our child seen to. Dr Christina Greene was so rude to my wife and dismissive that it was frankly shocking. Possibly the most arrogant and rude dr ever encountered. Treated my wife and child like absolute trash. Avoid this Dr at all costs if you can. Intercare should hire better people. Honestly it’s quite shameful that they would allow people like this to work there. Btw we can pay and are covered by medical aid so payment was not an issue. This was just a rude dr who couldn’t be bothered to do her job and clearly has no regard for the human beings that she is attending to. She shouldn’t be working in medicine with an attitude like that.
