Revolting experience

My hubby and I arrived at Intercare in Glen Marais, ordinarily, we see Dr. Spies as we can all imagine he is the best, however, he is fully booked.

So we wait patiently, appointment time comes and goes, and eventually, with great anguish, my hubby goes to ask reception how much longer he would have to wait.

Turns out reception had got somebody else's medicals mixed up with my hubby's and the system had now recorded that he had been seen...Very uncanny if you ask me.

Not the finest experience. Eventually, after much anticipation and absolute agony(my hubby by this time was in a great amount of pain and discomfort), we got to see a DR Christine Green. Wow, what a baffling moment we had. She not only did not give his full diagnosis but she also failed to book him off(which trust me was necessary as the diagnosis was contagious). I ended up at the reception desk and nobody could tell us what he was diagnosed with(we knew of one but not the other). I went to the chemist and dashed off home. When I returned home. I called them and after much irrational conversation back and forth, I got his diagnosis from the sister who gave him his drip.

This was in September but I am deeply unimpressed with the service, especially considering that this Intercare in particular usually carries great stature.
