Refund of my hard earned money

Intercare Polokwane has been giving a run around from the 6th of June 2024 just to refund my money. They forced me to pay the money on spot after a procedure even when I was telling them that my medical aid will settle the bill. I was told I can't leave without paying now they can't pay my money. I don't want to talk of ******, because I will look like I am playing a race card.
