READ THE FINE PRINT -

Cosmetic Dentisty with Dr Hartshorne.. What an actual joke! Not only have I paid them over R80K for crown/bridge, I was not even well informed of the procedure. I paid for TEMPS, not even permanent for 6 TEETH!!!! Each time I went for a check up, it was cost upon cost this is over and above what I have already paid.. A filing? R4100? Are you guys crazy? Firstly, I was told there would be no charge to redo and put in the crowns/bridge as it was a lab fault, only to be told oh but you have bad oral hygience and the ***** came loose and it had to be replaced.. Excuse me you done it in the first place, perhaps it should have been done correctly and it wouldnt be lose.

Now they want to hand me over to laywers because I refuse to pay a bill that I feel they should cover. Not even the "practise manager" Maruschka Karstel has attended to my queries. Out of good will they should at least cover half of the damn fees !!! I myself will be opening my own case to the HPCSA as I feel I have been done in!
