I’m usually an Intercare fan but at the moment, I am not. Intercare Parow wouldn’t let me go in twice claiming that I am suppose to stand outside, wasn’t even asked which dr I booked and it’s tome slot. I then again 5mins before my 3pm go in and they tell me to go back outside. I suffer from anxiety, I took my medication before coming to the doctor, as drowsy as I am, I am forced to stand outside, no seats offered, no1 to fetch me to go in nothing. I have been standing outside since 14:40pm awaiting for my 3pm appointment which right now it’s 15:25pm. This has been the most ****ties service intercare has ever offered, I certainly felt like I was a public clinic. You treat people like **** and yet you still going to take their money afterwards.
