Poor Service

I am so disappointed about the service I am getting at Intercare Glen Marais, I went to Consult last week, and I got assisted by my Dr and he advised that I should search for Gynecologists' on my medical network and email the details of the gynae, so I did that and emailed the information through on Monday morning, I waited a few hours and still didn't get a response from the email he provided, I then had to call, when I called the assistant/PA or what so ever, told me that she saw the email but the Dr is still busy with patients so he cant attend to it at that time, I asked her when will I get feedback and since you saw my email why didn't you reply and at least update me, she said its Monday its so busy and I wont even get feedback on Monday as its too busy, I got sooo irritated by that comment she made, and I decided to send an email again, she rep**** and said as discussed the Dr is busy, I then decided to call again and told her I need to go see the Gynae urgently I'm sick as we speak, and she just shut me down and said if I feel that my issue is urgent u should go to casualty. I then hanged up the phone, sent emails with no response and she doesn't even bother to explain the process to me just to make me understand. up until today I guess the Dr is still busy for three days now hence I'm not getting a response from the Assistant, its so disappointing and sad that Dr are helping patients but their assistants/PA don't want to help or at least do what they are hired to do. its the third day now i am still waiting for a reply and I've been sending emails but still she doesn't bother to reply or at least tell me an update from the Dr
