Poor service

I went for my annual checkup on Wednesday at Intercare Castle Gate. I had some serious tests done. Lancet has released my results but my doctor has not let me know what they are. I have phoned them multiple times to get my results but no one can be bothered to phone me back. This is my first experience with Intercare - is this the kind of sausage factory service you provide?
